As your Mayor, I will lead to build Escondido’s economy and:

• Implement conservative fiscal policy, balanced budget and restore 15% budget reserve fund by making government smaller and more efficient.
• Focus on city’s core functions: public safety, public works, parks and libraries. Apply innovative technology for more recycled water and sewer treatment.
• Enhance the Appearance and Compliance Team program, which I championed, to provide better business environment, safer and healthier neighborhoods.
• Support a stronger economic outlook, diversify our revenue base, and provide good jobs and economic opportunities in our city.
• Complete the General Plan review to address our community’s growing needs to achieve a better and brighter future for Escondido.

Our campaign has a commanding lead. Our grassroots team of volunteers is already working hard to win this election. I will be happy to personally meet with you to listen to your views and priorities for Escondido.
