• Create emplyement land near the I-15 and SR-78 to attract new businesses, provide better jobs and economic opportunity in Escondido, and to diversify our revenue base.
• Implement conservative fiscal policy, balanced budget and restore 15% emergency reserve fund by making government smaller and more efficien, without raising taxes.
• Focus on city’s core functions: public safety, public works, parks and libraries. Apply innovative technology for more recycled water and sewer treatment.
• Enhance the city's appearance, which I championed, to provide a better business environment, safer and healthier neighborhoods by implementing a community stabilization program.
• Complete the General Plan to include few hundreds acres of commercial land to achieve a better economic outlook and a brighter future for Escondido.
